Our High School training program will focus on both individual skills and team concepts, taught at a varsity and college level. Our program is designed to create opportunities for our players to further sharpen their stick skills, athleticism, and lacrosse IQ.

SIXES
Additionally for HS players, Sunday Sessions will offer Sixes game play - where players can apply their skills in an open play, fast-paced format.
